Mixer Iron features a disc-shaped design with a 10-blade impeller, all positioned on one side to balance the movement.

It operates with both radial and axial flow, which allows it to draw the product from the center outward while generating a high level of shear with its blades to efficiently disperse the mixture. It produces a turbulent flow.

This makes the Iron mixer ideal for dissolving suspended solids, such as epoxies or emulsions, and for processes involving high-viscosity mixtures, such as those found in the chemical industry, paints, and polymers.
