Precision Oil Pumps

STUR GEAR oil gear pumps are engineered for the efficient handling of medium-viscosity fluids such as lubricating oils (new or used), hydraulic oil, engine oil, and transmission fluid. They are suitable for transfer, draining, recirculation, and oil change operations in industrial, marine, and automotive applications.

Equipped with high-precision internal gears, these pumps ensure a continuous and uniform flow without pulsation, even under varying temperature conditions or when handling high-viscosity fluids.

Multi-layers structure cartridge, high contaminant holding capacity, longer filter service life. Macro-denier fiber provide rigid construction and longer cartridge life-time.

• Recommended viscosity up to ~500 cSt (refer to performance curves based on fluid)

• Materials: body in nickel-plated bronze or stainless steel, gears in PEEK, shaft in AISI 316 stainless steel, mechanical seal in FKM, NBR or PTFE (depending on configuration)
